PGL announced invites to the closed qualifiers for Astana

Organizer PGL has presented the list of invited teams to the regional closed qualifiers for PGL Astana, which start on March 31

In Europe — 100 Thieves, who climbed to 35th place in VRS. Together with them, HOTU, illwill and the Cologne Major contenders from K27 have been invited. They will be joined by four more teams from two open qualifiers, the first of which will start on March 22.

European invites:
HOTU, K27, 100 Thieves, illwill.

The American qualifier is divided into NA and SA, each zone provides one slot for PGL Astana. In North America, the main invites were received by LAG and Zomblers, and FarmVille and Outfit 49 will also participate.

NA invites:
LAG, Zomblers, FarmVille, Outfit 49.

In South America, 9z, ODDIK, LP and Fake do Biru have been invited.

SA invites:
9z, ODDIK, LP, Fake do Biru.

The Asian qualifier will be held in three subregions: Oceania, Western Asia and Eastern Asia. Each will feature four teams – two by invite and two from open qualifiers, and the winners will play each other for the single slot.

Asian invites:
Oceania: SemperFi Esports, Mindfreak.
Western Asia: DEPO, Legion.
Eastern Asia: The Huns, Chinggis Warriors.
